We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

At Kai Linz, we want you to receive your jewelry as quickly and securely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing & Production Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

If your order is in stock, it will ship right away. However, many of our designs are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks in production.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., weather, holidays). Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
