Shipping policy

ORDERS

Most items will ship within a few business days if the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. Delivery times for items not in stock are usually between 4-8 weeks. You will be notified via email when your order ships.  Custom items are made to order and are final sale.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 2-day, or express overnight shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our international shipping fee is $75, via UPS International Express. Please contact us at INFO@KAILINZ.COM if you would like to place an order outside of the United States for proper shipping timelines.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes for international orders.
