We accept returns on full-price merchandise in the form of store credit or exchanges within 5 days of the date of delivery. All returned items must be shipped in the original packaging. Items must be in unworn, unused condition with original tags attached and protective packaging. Credits will not include original shipping charges.
Exchanged shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Kai Linz will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
